What is the difference between Lo Mein and Chow Mein?
It's the sauce - Wheat noodles can be dry fried or wet fried for different texture. Due to our limited space we do a combination of both. It's a cross between stir fry noodles and boiled noodles. True Lo Mein has the soft texture of American Spagetti.
